Arrested her? Its a civil matter. not theft. she spent what was in her account.
she didnt do it. she'll be out of jail no problem. all they can do is sue her and levy her paychecks. nothing else.
was it wrong. Yes, but it seems banks are treated special. they're not Government agency but get Government protection as if you were assulting a Federal Agent or something. its clear its BS. but the right thing would of been give it back. but the banks commit these acts on us all the time. they have no problem fucking us. not in this large amount but collectively they fuck us over with rounnding off cents and make probably tens of millions in profit from that alone.
