Oscar Grant thing was pretty fucked up. I mean sure, maybe it was an honest mistake, gun and taser are close together, but like if you hit someone with your car when speeding that’s still at least manslaughter. I’m fully willing to believe it’s not racially motivated but shit, in that case I care even more about having cops who can pull out the right thing before shooting at me or anyone else.

Same thing with the Bart Station execution. Cop shoots the guy point blank in the back laying on his stomache on the ground and then says he thought it was a taser. Walked away happy. It's manslaughter, even if it was unintentional. ANY time a cop shoots an unarmed citizen, even a fleeing criminal, they need to be prosecuted. Period. End of story. That's called accountability, something the idiots at the top refuse to do. Blame them for the outrage, not the victims who are now dead.
