which may have been funny if you were living in the drug induced 60s and 70s and out of work (like many laborers where in the US and UK)
a stoner was a NEET. coined by some SIRE of the UK. Not Employed, Educated nor Trained = NEET. someone who is a loser and knows little of the subject but acts like he is well versed became the obvious of the meme. but few knew the etymology of the word or acronym.
