We could collaborate on a project, i have a great idea for a scraper, that scours the entire internet for releases posted about 0days/1days, then takes that info and uses open source intelligence to see how many machines around the globe may be vulnerable, then catalogs that information, runs automated tests and condenses it all down into an overview of the Threat Landscape.
It will grant insight at scale, and will have predictive power as well as the ability to provide us with thousands of potentially interesting servers, we could have a look at.

so you are estimating the number of unpatched machines around the world? it sounds like you are collecting metadata instead of IPs tho. -
