Anything religious/important really got capitalized, whereas regular names didn't always. You can thank the Germans for that.
Now what's important in writing is whatever entities or ideas the document is trying to highlight it so you get weird capitalizations in the middle that you don't see in normal English.

Its just to draw attention to the use of pre defined terms n shiet but I feel the same general principle applies, only now the theme is money and the parties involved with it. You, We, Us, GOD, JESUS, THE HOLY SPIRIT.
