Daren Kerr and this Mexican female cop talked to me near coffeetopia in santa cruz, which I went to as he called me back after I left a message for santa cruz PD, he just out me my handcuffs no rights at all were read and he just asked what i was doing earlier. Anyway, after this happened and i was in the back of the cop or police vehicle in handcuffs going to the station to be arrested and they claimed it was for assault with a deadly weapon even though at the time I thought this was crazy as i used no weapons, he claimed the guy was maybe dying or in the hospital with a tube down his throat. I swear on my life on everything he claimed this. I just remembered a sec earlier on twitter and had a flashback. My life was going through my head in the blink of an eye i thought it was all over done for
Than, as we approached the station he got some message or faked it from like his radio at the dashboard or walki-talki or something as I forgot exactly, i never heard another voice calling him just him answering or pretending to, he said oh ok then told me,
„”I actually had the wrong info earlier you're lucky. The guy isn't actually in the hospital. I got the wrong info earlier.”
It was mind boggling. That whole day was mind boggling and now looking back in hindsight i should not have been so naive. Naive like a lot of you probably are the way your whole systems and cops work. I even breathed a sign of relief and said oh good to him my enemy the garbage he is almost thanking him for the other guy not dying in a hospital the piece of lying trash named Raphael Luciano.
I also would like to add that my bicycle disappeared and there was no sign of it to be found later. My mom was looking for it for some reason and ai think it was her keeping a part of me there hoping I would be released. I clearly remember that they told me to give it to them before or right as they told me to turn around to put handcuffs on me and that someone on my behalf could pick it up later at the station.
The other thing I would like to add is that Daren Kerr was saying they had witnesses with an “s” and it was not only later in the jail I found just Luciano only had one independent witness of his family. And his family was not present in the beginning or at the start of the fight when he charged me. Basically I found him alone on the phone like I said and at first I backed out and kept going on my bike but did a u turn thought about it and all the stuff he said the previous day how he claimed he will end me caused a scene his kids were talking to random people and spreading lies at me as I saw people looking at me strange and how he was manipulating his own family tog et rid of s threat or me even before i became any sort of threat to him and just had a conversation with him.
But I decided to confront him and show him I will not be run off my own neighborhood I lived off or have fear of him and assumed he was alone and his family were gone somewhere or in the trailer he was at in the parking lot of the hook. But when he charged everything changed...
