It´s just food. as a matter of fact, I thought one of you was stating that Tomatoes were related to nightshades and is in fact toxic. just like the ancestors first believed. they´re toxic. IN tiny amounts they might be some beneficial to the digestive system. but in the large sauce amounts they are really very toxic to the stomach and so is wheat flower the bread of the pie is made from.

Corn flour which is related to wheat itself is a lot easier to digest. and in small amounts, corn bread and taco shells are better for you then the best of Whole Wheat Bread is as fiber.
