the new M-Health said they would set me up with a new Psychiatrist sooner than the 2 months it normally takes. she called me and I slept through the ring. then I tried calling her back 3 times and asked her to call back. she never did.
then again. Phone tag, but this time it was another lady. same shit. no call back. I contacted 3 M-Health to register and have them call back to set up an appointment but they never called back
sunday night I slept -art of the night and got up at 7am monday and went back to bed at 10am or some shit I slept for like 7 hours until 5PM. been up ever since.
I really have been a Night Shift person most of my life. before I got married. Most jobs working store stocking or at a factory during the Graveyard shift. I seem to be on London Time more than San Francisco. Im not a vampire but I feel like one. for a long time I had my hours down but Im back on this fucking wide awake at 2am Bullshit. I just dont like to go to bed at 9pm anymore.
but it shifts back and forth. I should of been a ER doctor on a damn rolling shift
