In Search of a Flat Earth

Starts off looking at people who believe the Earth is flat (and why it’s so hard to convince them otherwise), then takes a sharp turn focusing on a much more worrying movement, QAnon. If you had to watch ONE video explaining "QANON", it should be this. -
2021-03-13 at 6:55 PM UTCI just chalked up Qanon to americans being dumb and a few people who add to it cuz it's funny to watch a bunch of dumbs get all mad and emotional over some bullshit.
It's best to not believe anything. then again ive uhhh experienced some shit that makes me a little more open to conspiracy type shit. I just chalk it up to "power" and figure most things are lies and bullshit to keep the slave camp going. -

This is a big part of many conspiracies I suspect; the world really is a big scary place and crazy stuff can just happen to anyone. This I think terrifies some people who just can’t accept that some things are not the result of some nefarious evil plot “because how could they possibly happen otherwise?”.
You see similar with 9/11 conspiracies too. Some people just have a real hard time accepting that a bunch of guys living in a cave on the other side of the world could plan and carry out the most sophisticated terror attack on the USA in history. To these people that just cannot happen; the U.S. is the best in the world and anyone beating us like that ambiguously must be part of some huge global plot with shadowy figures etc.
Also a lot of these people don’t actually understand the world they live in; be it science, how society functions etc. So to compensate for their lack of knowledge they will latch on to ideas where they can be "free thinkers" with the answers to the truth while us sheep follow the mainstream. It makes them feel better for themselves that they know something we don’t; even though it’s nearly always utter nonsense that’s made up. -

whats worse is people with power will muddy the waters so people think pedo-alien satanists are harvesting newborns blood or some weird shit that just sounds insane while they just make everything cost more, drive down wages and cut services while people get hung up on some bullshit. -

History is littered with 'great men' who through skill, ability, luck and a huge amount of work change the world. However, most people are uncomfortable with the idea that a nobody can change history with a single squeeze of the trigger. We all want to find out who actually ordered it. -

On this point i think that's just underestimating people. to write off their opponents as cavedwelling savages when they were against a transnational religious sect with a millionaire heir who's cave dwelling was part of the image he was promoting is just a coping mechanism.
yeah, it's easier to believe in easy to digest conspiracies if they help to keep a certain world view intact. Then again building 7 just falling down was weird as fuck. -

My friend is a Qretard and has undergone some serious mental gymnastics with this. They're expanding because right now its just discussion with no new 'drops'. It encompasses a pretty wide range of conspiracy theories now. People just apply their own bias to the general framework of this globalist pedophile conspiracy. -

2021-03-14 at 12:16 PM UTCWell he's dumb because why would the earth specifically only be flat? Clearly everything is flat not just one planet.
