   Democrats are the only ones who even slightly pretend to give a fuck about the American people. Modern Republicans are just pure corporatists and people eat it up even when their policies do nothing but hurt them. Look at how popular raising the minimum wage is, or a national healthcare system, or the stimulus check.
   
   Social democratic policies are popular as fuck and always have been. This is why Democrats will always have an upper hand. People forget about the massive socialism movement in America during the early 1900's. The 1960's anti communism propaganda was invented to combat this, and the Reganism has never really gone away since.

   trump at least had an america-first policy and his stance and policies on immigration which made sense to me but unfortunately was heavily twisted/misconstrued by the left to an extraordinary degree which is what led me to believe the higher ups running the dem party are hiding the bribes they're accepting from mexican politicians.
