I got my first Moderna shot a week ago Tuesday. I'll be going back at the end of the month for my second dose. An hour and a half drive each way and $23 worth of gas per trip.
Two weeks after that I'll be laying kisses on my then 4 1/2 month old grandson that I haven't held yet. I'll be just like Joe Biden at a day care!

The vaccine is untested and unsafe. No way am I going in for a shot. People who got it are getting sick already, it's all over the news. I won't be some laboratory guinea pig for a new vaccine to an alleged virus that poses 0 threat to me.

I think they will declare that a second J&J shot will be necessary down the road. If I remember correctly, a single shot of the other two vaccines gives you about the same efficacy as the J&J shot, don't they? And...Biden just ordered another 100,000,000 doses of it creating a large surplus. I predict they are just sucking in those who don't want the two shot regimen for now only to tell them later to roll up their sleeves yet again.

J&J is 100% effective same as the others at preventing serious illness and death (so is claimed). The commonly advertised % is based on catching it or not...so it's really not that big a deal vs the 100% not dying one. If J&J is only 70% effective at preventing you from catching it but 100% effective at preventing serious illness or death then it's still a good choice.
