    hey whats the strongest tea (as far as caffeine goes) in the UK. morning teas? I dont mean exotic like Mormon tea but something that is strong as arab coffee.

    i am tired all the time. I found Irish Morning or English Morning teas have the punch to them. but I usually double bag (nohomo) them in my cup just to get a wake up call to my brain and body

    I was just looking at the back of this fact base list of caffien on the back of this tea brand after I posted this.

    Coffee has about 120mg per cup
    Black Tea has about half at 60mg
    green tea has about 40mg
    decaff has about 2-5mg
    herbal tea has Zero.
