(Bloomberg) – The U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider former President Donald Trump’s challenge to the presidential election results in Wisconsin, rejecting the last remaining appeal that sought to overturn Joe Biden’s victory.

The rebuff came without comment or published dissent. It follows the court’s Feb. 22 rejection of a group of appeals that sought to reverse Biden’s win in Wisconsin and four other states.

The latest appeal contended that the Wisconsin Elections Commission violated the U.S. Constitution by setting up mail-in voting rules that ignored state law. A federal appeals court panel consisting of three Republican appointees unanimously rejected the challenge, with Trump-appointed Judge Michael Scudder writing the opinion.

The high court separately turned away an appeal by Lin Wood, a pro-Trump attorney who sought to block the Jan. 5 Georgia U.S. Senate runoff elections, eventually won by two Democrats.

The cases are Trump v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, 20-883, and In Re Lin Wood, 20-887.

I saw some retard on Twitter say "Shouldn't he be able to fire these judges he appointed if they aren't doing what he hired them for?"

It's really scary how little some people know about how the government works.

I mean people like Polecat legit thought Trump was going to take back office on the 4th.

On Jan 6th he was all like "In March! March! You'll see!"

I don't know what kind of processes these people think exist. They tried to get Mike Pence to overturn the election which he cannot do.
  5. It would make sense the conservative SCOTUS judges keep turning their backs to the mountain of evidence of the massive 2020 voter fraud, if they accept Trump is already the President and the military is currently in control of the country. Would explain everything perfectly. I mean, why would they bother reversing a fraudulent election, when they already know it's fraudulent and that it doesn't currently have any binding legal force or authority? They wouldn't. Big things coming up, folks. Soon. The farce has to explode eventually.

    Knowledge =/= intelligence.

He can tell you what the acronym for some random Syrian militia group stands for, but when it comes to the scientific method a lot of people fall flat in their understanding, and mostly make up their opinions based on experience/emotion instead of scientific logic. The link between lack of scientific understanding, and belief in conspiracy theory, is pretty damn strong.

I think he's at least intelligent enough to know his beliefs are irrational and is therefore embarrassed to share

It's really crazy how angry they all were on the 6th and early 7th, before they had a chance to reconvene and realize that a significant portion of their voter base still supports Trump.

I've never seen such a clearer hypocrisy in this country. They were chanting 'hang mike Pence' but yeah sure. GOP. Right wing values. Let's stick to those. Blue lives matter amirite?

I have talked about it before a fair bit, but you're going to need to be more specific in your line of questioning because I don't really feel like writing an essay about it for maybe 3 people to actually read and 2 of them report it as a hate crime.

First and foremost, 'not all J'ews' etc. etc. It's similar to the argument for 'white privilege' - even though it's a certain subset that I'm describing, many of them benefit without participation.

Generally speaking, J'ews are dramatically overrepresented specifically in fields that hold real power. Government, media, law, big business, the 'billionaire class' - why do you think this is? The commonly given answer is 'cultural work ethic' or similar, but it's considered racist to make that statement about any other group's general success or failure. Same goes for the Ashkenazi J'ews' higher average IQ - can you get away with saying blacks fail socially due to a lower average IQ? Ashkes don't even comprise the majority of J'ews, so their advantage shouldn't affect the entire group to such a degree.

Neither accounts for the huge disparity where a 4% section of the population makes up something like half of the 'billionaire class', nor does it explain how it's possible for US foreign policy to be steered toward israeli interests that, in many cases, completely contradict its own.

The real answer is nepotism and tribal interest. J'ews hire and network with J'ews - it's really that simple. They support their own communities at the expense of others, but they also use their political power to suppress other powerful groups' tribal cohesion. It's been ongoing against 'whites' for a long time, but we're also starting to see it pushed against Asians as well.

    Navy SEALs Arrest Hillary Clinton
Navy SEALs broke into the former secretary of state's home and tranquilized her.
    Jessica Lee

On March 2, 2021, U.S. Navy SEALs arrested Hillary Clinton on suspicion of treason.

On March 4, 2021, a website attempting to pass as a credible news outlet alleged U.S. military forces had arrested former Democratic Secretary of State Hillary Clinton under the direction of former Republican President Donald Trump.

Under a headline reading “Navy SEALS Arrest Hillary Clinton,” who unsuccessfully ran against Trump for the presidency in 2016, the website called “Real Raw News” claimed:

The chant “lock her up” has finally seen fruition.

US Navy SEALS loyal to Donald Trump raided Hillary Clinton’s Chappaqua, NY estate and arrested her on charges of treason, destruction of government property, and aiding and abetting the enemy, Real Raw News has learned.

The arrest happened on Tuesday night, according to a source in Trump’s orbit, only hours after Trump had spoken to Rear Admiral Hugh W. Howard at US Special Operations Command and given him a “mammoth trove” of evidence of Clinton’s criminality dating back to her days at the State Department.

Citing only the unnamed source, the post alleged eight members of a “Naval Special Warfare Group” broke into Clinton’s home, found her rehearsing a speech in a mirror, and used a tranquilizer dart to sedate her. “[Trump’s team] had been surveilling Clinton a long time, and he knew she was always alone on Tuesday nights. That’s when the SEALS nabbed her,” our source supposedly said.

The post appeared to be fan fiction inspired by some Trump supporters’ long-stemming petitions for Clinton’s prosecution.

First, at the time of the alleged arrest, Trump did not have authority to direct any federal department or branches of the country’s armed forces, including the SEALs, because his successor President Joe Biden had taken the presidential oath of office roughly one month prior. That inauguration stripped Trump of his abilities to help coordinate military operations as the country’s commander in chief.

Next, no evidence supported any of the post’s claims regarding Clinton’s purported detainment.

Hypothetically speaking, if the undercover operation had indeed taken place, it is unlikely that “Real Raw News” would be the first to report the significant development in the news media. Even if it was the first, more established news organizations, including Fox News, BBC, The Associated Press, and Al Jazeera, would at least mention, if not significantly highlight, the news with one or more stories on their websites or broadcast programs.

Additionally, the official Twitter accounts for Clinton and her political allies remained active, as this writing, with no indication that she had been arrested. Nothing on websites outlining her political agenda mentioned the alleged detainment. If the post’s claims had been true, Clinton’s circle of high-profile Democratic supporters would no doubt issue statements or hold news conferences in response to her arrest.

In sum, no, Clinton was not arrested by Navy SEALs in March 2021 for any reason, including treason.

There's nothing wrong with tribal interest; the reason why they succeed is because they've become very good at suppressing it in other tribes.

I see that you didn't bother to show how you came to this view.
How can I know your claims, that j3ws are over represented or that they got to be that way specifically through nepotism and "tribal interest", are true if you don't support these claims with facts? For the sake of continuing this discussion I will pretend this is something you have already done. Your argument appears to be basically, "The J3ws are racist, so we should be too," and that is a fallacy. If one groups racism has led to an unfair imbalance of power, how is more racism supposed to alleviate that imbalance? If your claims are factual, it would make more sense for someone who wants justice and equality to see the situation and think, "racism is the cause of this injustice, therefore we should fight against racism." Would I be correct in assuming justice and equality are not your goals here? What exactly are your goals in supporting racism?

I find it a little bit funny seeing that you wrote a multiple paragraph post about how the J3ws have achieved an unfair advantage through racism and nepotism, but one post later are claiming there is nothing wrong with "tribal interest". If there is nothing wrong with it, why are you upset with the J3ws for doing it? Is this an example of your cognitive dissonance?

How is "racism" a meaningless buzzword but "tribal interest" is not? Are we not using the two terms to describe the exact same phenomenon?

If racism/tribalism leads to the unfair advantages you claim J3ws have achieved, why are you in support of it?
