Brain teaser

You are in a room with three light switches on the wall; each switch is connected to one light bulb in the adjacent room, separated by a door so you can’t see the bulbs. You can position the light switches in any way you want, then you must enter the room only once and ascertain which switch is connected to which bulb. How do you do it?

BTW there is a solution, and you don't need to cheat.

No, there is no trickery. You don't need to pop holes in the walls or do any rewiring of the switches. There is nothing sneaky needed, just some intelligence.

Turn two of them on then shut one off after a minute and go see which unlit bulb feels hot

I would just guess at random because you have pretty high odds of getting it right

There are only so many combinations of 3 you can make 123 213 231 132 312 321 etc
