this has to be the most legendsry ride or trip of w lifetime. im watching this polish dude and his wife who orgwnize these trips wnd they have this youtube channel here:
they organize trips basiclaly for polish people. but imagine the experience the countries and civilizations youll see even while overcoming the challenge of basiclaly living in a jail cell for three weeks or whatever. such a beautiful experience. himi and star trek would u do it? and would u do it if the only available space was the worse one or next to the bathroom?
if you guys are really nuts like me he even suggests you could in theory take a trip or train from portugal and go all the way to china to the great wall. imagine just imagine such an experience.
I'm planning on doing it sometime. The major nuisance is just getting the visas. I might journey around Ukraine by rail a little first, this was my goal over Christmas, although I didn't do it.
We could have built a Tunnel under the straights between Siberia and the Alaskan Keys to run a rail system between our nations and made train trips into the rest of the world a reality. its about 40 miles between the center islands on both sides making it about 80 miles across. with the islands as a train depot American and Russian crossing.
this could allow people to take train trips from South America all the way into Africa if they had the drive to do so. if they built multiple track lines for cargo you could have an AI system train running goods from one to another without having to use ships to transport. even though shipping is still probably the cheapest way, it would still work as a third type of shipping line next to air and transport ships

North and South America aren't linked by road or rail.
They could be. I didnt want to sound American Egotistical and suggest only America would prosper so I added South America. Im sure much of Africa isnt linked to rail lines either. too many wars between nations including civil wars.

this has been pitched before ffs imagine if that was even a reality. how fucking boring crossing over water. where would you pull over. would their be road hotels because you would have to sleep. you would require arched roadways for ship lines. LOL Toll Bridges with lifts and cars backing up until the road deck went back down again.
If I go it would be a must to bring my prison hotput with convertor plug so i can cook a d make food from the street vendors i would haggle with for fish and shir. it would sort of be right back at home or bring me back to my element in a way.
