There's really no reason for Trump to publicly claim the Presidency. The only people who really matter in this war know full well he's the President, and that's all that matters. He can still do all the things he needs to do, which he is doing right now. If he had of publicly claimed his win, there would have been another American Civil War, but there's really no need to even go there. The clock is still ticking, though most don't know it.
