The road has no sidewalks, and its not in the middle of the hood or anything, just an ordinary 35mph road with some average houses along side, and the side of the road is littered with pints, half pints, and mini 50ml shot bottles (most of those small 50ml ones are fire cinnamon whiskey). Who are these people drinking liquor and throwing the empty bottles out the window? Its not a road where homeless etc would be walking down.

Got a road by my abode, well more of an alley. Anyhow it also is littered with 5ths and those mini bottles. Always shit tier alcohol. Sometimes there are needles on the ground as well.
Then again the homeless sleep in nearby dumpsters so its really no surprise.

We have homeless encampments out here in Nor Cal.. but they tend to sweep and organize much of the time.. or they're really messy.. but that could be from gusts of wind.
Collect them and see if they have return value on them

That fucking coast is filled with homeless camps. And big was communities as well. Tent cities and shit. As long as they keep it kept and don't bother others there's no real problem with it though.

I'm glad I stopped drinking.
I don't feel better really.. alcohol was a good pain killer.. but the hangovers sucked. also, you instantly get blamed for shit if you're drunk even if the other people started it but are sober. Why would a cop believe you? it's like Win by Default. so fuck Alcohol. you're the wrong friend to hang with.
