   Opus is pretty amazing for low bit rates.
   I tried it out randomly once and was very surprised.
   AAC is a good codec and the most widely adopted, it's what I use.
   
   If you're going to be encoding from 192kbs to 256kbps I would stick with AAC.

   I don't know what compression you use but I find .nose to be generally larger than WAV format

    Yeah I recall AAC being one of the more popular a while back when doing video encoding with audio tracks. im from older video and film ´Film School´ late 1980s when digital existed but very expensive and not all broadcasters had that ability to fully utilize from what came through the edit-tables back then. Japan was very advance with digital video as far back as 1969 but the analog airwaves couldn't carry the bandwidth accurately. Originally British Dolby (1965) then moved HQ to San Francisco in 1976 and the Fraunhofer Society from Germany worked on Digital Audio as well as Fraunhofer Society of Digital advancements worked on optics which was for precision optics for surgery and medical use turned into a goldmine for them when the applications could also be used for colonoscopies that turned into emergency use finding people in caves or tunnels that caved in. it was then the US CIA and other federal agencies realized they could make tiny cameras that could be placed in just about anything larger than a coffee can. technology that existed far earlier but cost way to much and had to be hand built for each environment rather than mass produced.
    
    yep. We have cameras now for our phones because the feds invested in espionage technology. they helped fund Dolby and Faunhofer so we could spy on one another today and the NSA sits back and collects data on what other people do.

    Fruity Loops isn the designer the actual fruity loops was originally just audio loops they sold and then purchased the software platform to run their loops on. something like the old cakewalk or Sony Acid. originally they were just loop audios in several codec formats.
