The new centuries right wing shift accelerating! How long till phrenology makes a comeback. HBD while obviously a worthwhile field to explore has obvious political implications as we all know based on the ideas that motivated interstate conflict in the 1900's.
I wonder what trends will guide the most people? seems like mass migration as a neo-liberal policy implemented by elites isn't going to go away but is going to run up against a growing mass of organising right-wing forces, based around racial arguments and cultural affinity. The ideas that serve as the basis of this technology may serve to empower a different outlook than merely the maintenance of order, or the targeting of propaganda.
As always too, is the definition of "liberal" and "conservative" in the study based on how they identify, vote or actual beliefs held?
