This is why I keep quitting jobs within a few weeks after getting them. Every job just lists the company name and a vague description of what you will be doing but when you get there it's just a bunch of standing around, paperwork. Takes fucking weeks just to understand what the fuck is actually going on.
I hate learning about what i'm supposed to be doing for the next few years 5 minutes before I do it. Why does is always have to be a fucking surprise. The employer doesn't have to tell you shit until you already sign the paperwork and punch in for the day and then its OH BY THE WAY. I don't remember society being like this, like when I used to apply for a job I knew what i was getting into.
It's like a recent thing I think because of all the immigrants maybe they just stopped caring about trying to explain things to people. I don't know, maybe it's me maybe society is totally normal and I am just going insane.
I just want to know what i'm doing before I accept the job. Why is that so hard to find out -

job interview is a two way process you know. its also the time you ask your interviewer what you will be doing as a part of your job and under what condition.
i tend to interrogate my interviewers and in my younger days i tend to just go around and fill up job application forms at any places with job opennings available with my papers in my cargo pocket, just to interview the interviewers.
and if they cant answer to your satisfaction, dont take the job or hold them to account when what your told to do is different from what they said youll be doing. -
