Got Rattex'd at work

2017-03-24 at 4:13 PM UTCSo my boss pulls me aside and stares into my eyeballs and I'm like "This is it, time to look for a new job" I did two bumps of tech this morning and smoked a bowl of weed.
No, it turns out security is on my ass because I have been charging my phone in the warehouse. I'm so sick of rattex I get ratted on, written up and pulled aside, in trouble with HR.
I cannot follow rules, I have been getting written up every week for months now. One time was because I punched in too early. One time was for seeming depressed and a week later I got written up for talking too much.
I dont get it. This is not working out AT ALL. Fuck rattex.
All my co workers are a bunch of rattex of the lowest order I hate them all I just want to go home now i will just get written up if I stay here.

the punching in early thing is such bullshit, thats fine if they don't want me/you to do that.. but at craigos pizzeria I'd get bitched at for just sitting there waiting to punch in. "aahh why are you not working" , "uh cause I have ten more minutes before I start my shift.."
oh well you'll find something else soon I'm sure.
How can you be written up for seeming depressed/ talking too much? At most jobs the most they can tell you is to shut the fuck up or make fun of you for seeming depressed lol -

That'd be a tasty lawsuit if they fired you for being depressed. Especially since this doesn't sound like a customer service position. -
2017-03-24 at 11:31 PM UTCSo I almost got written up again for like a dozen things since I made this thread. I pissed off my boss so much and I was crashing from the tech, trying to get something done and there was only 30 minutes of the day left.
I am responsible for all kinds of paperwork and computer stuff, basically my boss and a forklift driver told me there was 9 skids coming in so I sent an email with the manifest number saying 9 skids because 2 people told me 9 skids. But there was actually 11 skids, I got written up for that.
I have been 100% accurate for months and this is the only time I didn't get the email properly and its only because TWO PEOPLE told me there was 9 skids, normally I just count them.
Also there was another incident with the emails and I got written up for that too.
The problem is I don't like standing around or talking to people, my eye starts to twitch I need to get away from people and do something, I do everything and somehow that has led to me taking on lots of responsibility and getting written up for literally everything because I cannot follow rules.
I'm gonna work on my resume and start looking for a new job, stop doing tech when I go to work, not miss any more days and basically everyone can fuck off. I will probably still get written up, i don't care,I just go there to get money and smoke.

No I said I don't want to leave my charger in the lunch room and my boss said you just have to keep it charged. I got in trouble from security and a co worker because I was the time guy I always checked the time. Now I'm just another time cuck like the rest of them and everyone works past their break and gets in trouble for coming back 2 mins late.
It's the dumbest place I ever worked, rattex zentral. I don't care though because its a fun job and I work hard, I just clash with rigid corporatism. I used to drive forklift and basically manage a million dollar store, this warehouse is bullshit and its a revolving door of people. I have been there longer than a lot of people, most everyone is new and I train people now. -

yeah it got sorted out basically they conceded and admitted it was bullshit and assured me and my dad that they wouldnt mention it if contacted for reference -

Or maybe they're known for handing out write ups extremely liberally and so you're allowed a couple hundred before they fire you. -

I'm the only one that gets written up and its because I take on responsibility and work circles around them all.
They would be stupid to fire me for too many write-ups but some days it does seem possible. As long as I show up sober and dont miss any more work they won't fire me. My boss likes me a lot.
I'm also the youngest person where I work I'm the only one thats single and smokes weed , one of the only white people.
I am looking for a new job right now.
