2017-03-24 at 11:04 PM UTCThe cities are always being built up and torn down.. San Francisco isn't NYC but it's growing into one. But I was just taking a photo of the tower at a stop light.. looked kind of cool with the iron and the fog and I thought "This looks industrial which San Francisco wants to get rid of in the south of market which is where the artist used to rent cheap apartments in old factories. now they're gone with new funky structures that look like Ikea kit houses. but this building is kind of cool. I want to see them build bigger. But in NYC it seems they're willing to knock down buildings 14 years old to put up new ones.

I'd like to give Roger Scruton some Acetone Peroxide, RDX and a detonator and have London built from scratch.
It's typical london eclectic. just random everything. looks like a garage sale or a 5 and dime store. but I admit a few of those buildings are beautiful. they look like jediels. They tore down Queen Victorian and Queen Anne old structures to build some of these eyesores.. those periods in architech are consiered some of the best in history. it's pretty fucked up. the buildings had so much character. painted ladies and the victorian train station torn down to make way for Ikea looking junk. -

Almost looks like Oakland during a sunrise the city skyline.. the Netherlands dutch/danish style homes in foreground (which there is a town in california that has a Danish village) it looks close to Oakland. but it's weird, right now they're making these Ikea looking row houses / townhouses in West Oakland. their trying to make them look European.. not this style so much but a little bit like it. Techies are gentrifying Oakland out with techies.. all this tech money is making us locals leave California :(
