But I really doubt anyone is actually going to offer me any incentive or a raise.
Im so glad I am at least liked here.
I might move some vacation days around just in case my new job doesnt work out but without more money Ill just be searching for a new job everyday.

If you're gonna take a drug test, get a gram of meth and go fucking hard. Honestly they probably don't even care if you "fail" the test (don't even get me started on how getting a positive result is FAILING a test). Just piss dirty but show them you mean business and piss meth metabolites like a real man. If they are also real they will not say anything and hire you on the spot.
if they are half real they will bring it up and you just say "I do uber eats on the side and theres more money at night so i stay awake ¯\_(ツ)_/¯" they will either respect the play and honesty and hire you on the spot or be like nah this nigga is too real for us sorry sir.
yeah man i think that's the play. Do meth, apply for the other job, piss dirty ON PURPOSE but keep this job and plan to stay there. but if this new place hires you with meth piss, for more money fucking take that shit.

2021-02-19 at 3:21 PM UTCthe thing though is that the manager may be paranoid since he'll be operating machinery and if he causes a 9/11 at his job, the hire-ups/owner will look at his piss test results and if they see it was positive and learn the manager turned a blind eye -- its the manager that'll get ass-raped.

It sounds scummy as fuck but that sounds about the class of jobs fonaplats is applying to if most of his co workers are immigrants and retards.
I have no idea how it works in his state. I know a lot of places are real tight asses and check all the paperwork but i have a feeling like that's not the norm and it's just customary to piss test everyone and they don't even really care what you have in your system as long as you wear a nice dress shirt and tie to the interview.
It's a bit touchy with machinery though. But in my country it's not like you cant be fired if you come up dirty for coke in a piss test like for forklift driving unless they suspect you are high at work and can test and prove you are high at that moment. I am usually pretty fucked up at work or get high in the morning before going to work but that's a lot different than doing lines in the bathroom i think. It's a lot worse to operate machinery hung over and that's a much longer window and included sleeping. Like can you be fired for drinking too much the night before work? Even though it's legal? thats a lot worse than smoking some weed when you get home. -

you're right that he works with illegals and retards, i used to do a job a year ago like he does and the conditions are awful. But they do take the piss test and physical pretty seriously man
i think he should try something different like getting a job at a bar, they definitely won't piss test him but I don't think arnie is the kinda guy to do tek these especially with his health issues it probably would be a bad idea for him

a couple years ago I got pissed off at my job and really disliked everyone and they were having a big car show and were being dicks so I was like "susan" clock me out and just walked out and her jaw dropped.
I was walked to the beer store and got a brew and was walking down the street and the owner drove up and was like OOOOH DOUGG PLEASE DONT LEAVE CAN WE JUST FINISH thE SHIFT AND ILL SUCK UR DICK AFTERS AND WE"LL TALK ABOUT IT WE NEED YOU!!

I wuld lock into whatever Job you have. Biden is going to cause a serious Job shortage. the covid19 isn't going to bounce back work when it's done (or at least all the shots are given) and there seems to be some new nasty virus strain coming around from Brazil or some other place.
I would encourage you to look for a Job that pays much better. not that one that pays a dollar more. why leave what you have. you most likely have seniority as well. you leave when you got a job that pays at least 20 percent more. until then, stay. if your company cuts hours, you will be one of the few who gets the bulk of it.
