Not all trannies have the luxury of passing and appearing feminine. And the ones that do sure as hell don't appreciate it, just like any other woman. No matter how pretty they are they are always too fat, nose too big, eyeball to round or whatever the fuck.
As a person who has dated cisgender women and a transgender woman I have seen the same self criticalness from all of them. I think it's a symptom of society. Lets be honest, if she did pass you people would be saying something else. If she wasn't born with a penis maybe you would be saying something about how manly she looks or making fun of her appearance or choice in weightlifting which obviously isn't a typical female sport.
People will always be critical about things and that creates a world where women are always unhappy with themselves because they base their happiness on how society perceives them. It's a pretty savage machine and even the punk outsider emo girls I dated that said FUCK SOCIETY would still spend all day doing their makeup and trying to look cute or pretty because even though they hated conformity and the traditions of modern culture they still didn't want to be perceived as not attractive.
