the globalists have figured out that they cant reliably predict the weather so the only way to keep the farce going is to abandon the direction of the doom and just call it "change" so their junk science can never be held accountable when it fails to prophesize the doom.

One of the side effects of Global warming is alleged to be cooling in certain areas...it's even been suggested it could trigger another ice age...this is pretty well known to anyone who wasn't asleep in high school...even back in my day they talked about it.
The jet stream artificially keeps North America and Northern Europe warm...if that went away it would freeze "up't Norf". Global warming would affect the jet stream..maybe even get rid of it it has been suggested.
