2021-02-18 at 4:37 AM UTCIt has been 25 hours since I smoked any weed (which is really dumb cuz I have lots of really really good weed) and now im super and unnecessarily sick.
Im so sick I just vomited up my chantix and my epclusa.
Now I am smoking while laying in bed alternating between being too hot and too cold all while my hep c is laughing its fucking ass off.
After puking I used my tooth brush to clean the chicken taquitos off the back of my teeth but with no appetite to eat I am now also starving to death (even though Im not hungry).
Hoping to get some sleep I went digging for sleeping pills in my medicine cabinet.
Unfortunately it appears that after I quit taking them a month and a half ago that Chell has gobbled them all up.
With only 2 days left at my current job I really don't want to miss any of the last few hours I will be around my coworkers of the last 3 years and idk how well work will take me calling off saying "I'm too dope sick to come in".
One last bonus hell I have also discovered is not 1 but 2 rather large and painful pimples on my ass separated only by an itchy, rash surrounded butt hole.
Maybe the reason I love heroin so much is that it only stays in your system for a few days.
This is all Technologist's fault for tricking me into trying to be healthy.

Try taking a hot shower (as hot as you can comfortably tolerate) and see if standing in there makes you feel better. If it does you likely have CHS.
If the hot shower isn't doable all the time it also works if you get capsaicin cream and rub a thin layer over your abdomen/chest/stomach. Has to be capsaicin so double check the label. I used Capsaicin HP.
Focus on getting yourself to keep water down, small sips at a time. Once you can hydrate yourself a bit try working up to something like a banana or other easy to eat food. -

I denied it at first because I refused to see how something that helped my nausea and stomach issues could be affecting me like that until I read more into it and realized how much better I felt after the showers.
If that's what it is it's not long term and the worst of it will be over in a few days if you stop smoking. It's a bitch because when you feel that shitty all you want to do is smoke to feel better.
I could be totally wrong of course but your situation of using for a long time then quitting and immediately having these symptoms is exactly what happened to me after a long stint of edibles/concentrates. Though it can happen with normal high potency weed as well.
Edit: Sorry I didn't look through that whole thread to realize you already know what it is/had it. Do the symptoms seem similar to that time? I can't think of any other explanation. -
