    So, ASIDE FROM A PERSON SIGNING A CONSENT TO HAVE THEIR COCK OR VAGINA OBSERVED WHILE THEY PEE, it is an invasion of privacy to force a person to have to expose their privates during a pre-employment drug screen, as has been ruled upon by the supreme court of the U.S., and not by me, Wren.

    If it were up to me, EVERYONE would have to shit and piss with an observer, at all times, regardless of if they were being drug tested or not.

    That would happen with the unobserved. Then they are observed for their second attempt if they stick around. Most refuse, then it’s considered a failure.
