i don't know the exact science behind it smeel hung but I've heard in several reports on vitamins that multivatims tend to be of lower grade / quality and lower levels, and you're better taking a vitamin dedicated to one thing. Like magnesium by it, vitamin zinc by itself.
To get a good dose of a vitamin with all them a multivitamin would a huge horse pill.
Plus stuff vitamin c and calcium I don't to take a pill for it because I get enough of it by drinking calcium enriched organic orange juice and it taste damn good!
I just take a few vitamins that for certain specific reasons
but yeah you should take a vitamin that you know you specifically need, multivitamins are actually meant for poor people that don't eat high quality food.
But something I've been studying lately, not that its exactly a vitamin but pretty interesting my buddy he gave me a 50mg pill of Naltrexone you're supposed take after you've finished withdrawaling from alocohl / heroin because it will make you sick if you drink on it and it works for a lot of people but a lot people the side effects and actually do kinda cause depression / insomnia / lack of sex drive but at least wont be drinking and doping, but I like my sex drive
but found out people are taking like 1mg to 9mg's so a lot less like a crumb of the pill and its actually helping them with chronic pain, the fibro, its helping kill breast cells, and people saying its giving them energy so I've been studying it because like i'm thinking about doing this sinclair for 2 weeks with this one pill but I don't want to fuck myself up with it
it doesn't for everyone but a lot people swear by it and doctors are getting hip to how many uses it has but in micro doses
