there is a bit but understandably out in the country for the most part; you just have to jump through loads of hoops and pay a LOT for licensing. I had a friend who went through it all for a Five seveN for 'target shooting' and the annual costs of licensing, inspection, tax etc. were absurd. that and he got a visit any time someone reported gunshots or even just loud noises in the area -
