whoever copyrighted you could be the guy or someone could for him still file claims against you for using his image or content.
I got the first picture from a news article about a guy meeting up with a 12 year old girl in a park so how did he find out about my youtube channel? Did you tell him?

altering an image copyrighted with photoshop doesnt give you copyright to them. thats like someone taking nintendos art or mario and adding a diff background and calling it their own. it doesnt work this way. even under fsir use law something has to be very heavily edited or changed to not even resemble anything of the original to fall under fair use.
plus one of those photoshop jobs was entirely my own the cage or steel bars one. nothing you did was yours. you just took other peoples work and in some of em added maybe a cigar icon.
