And I feel like if I dont have a little me time here and there that my life will just implode from the overwhelming weight of boredom.
Staying motivated and on task can be real difficult for me sometimes.
Maybe I should get a personal digital organizer.

This I actually went to a doctor today, I have bipolar and ocd all my life and this last year it really ramped up, I never actually sleep I just lay in bed half asleep, and I told him that and he pointed at his mask and he's said "it probably has something to do with this and its not going away anytime soon, and you're not going to get a vaccine any time soon" (as if I'd take one) we had a good conversation a weird one.. But he hooked up me and barely charged me for the visit and said to come back when I need something.
It's effecting people in so many ways, the whole world changed very quickly and for the worse and this is just the beginning. Lets just be real here fam..
and even after the kung flu virus is "over" theres gonna the be pakistani flu.. its gonna never stop until something bigley happens -

and by the way arnie thats really rich coming from you, you pay so much money into your hepatis bills and always bitch about it but you do it anyways, I got off pretty easy, i'm not constantly caught in the medical system like you and give my paycheck to my employer for shitty insurance I paid out of pocket and im good for awhile, I have a friend that helped me see this doctor and he knows a lot of things, its crazy he fact checked me, he knew about my cycling accident I had almost 2 years ago and how they just gave me ten codeine and so he was willing to bend to what I wanted because he said he knows I'm not a junkie
