I don't see how someone's background or race has anything to do with quality control. I don't see how someone's background or race has anything to do with it or even makes a team more efficient. Poland, for instance, is an almost homogenous country with no diversity and they just produced Cyberpunk or what may just be the highest selling game of all time. How does picking someone because they wre less qualified, but a different race, make for a better deal?
