   But seriously I don't think he's making money off his dead son. Thats really tragic what happened to his kid. I think he just takes nonce killers really seriously.

   I mean if you had that kind of platform wouldn't you mention it? His son dying was a catalyst for him becoming a criminal investigator.
   
   I can't say for sure if all the cases the people were actually guilty or not. But he did help take down bad people like serial killers and people kidnapping kids.
   
   He didn't come off as a scumbag to me but i haven't seen that show in years
