This stuff is basically "legal weed" for states where recreational cannabis is still illegal, such as Florida.
Basically cannabis products including products with over a certain level of Delta-9 THC are illegal whereas hemp derived products are legal and hemp contains like 1-2% THC of the delta-8 variety, which can be concentrated and extracted and then sold legally.
The main difference to weed that also has Delta-9 THC is that also having D9 will have more pharmaceutical effects (just from having both varieties of the cannabinoid and them having mildly different chemistries), which D8 lacks. This can be a good or a bad thing. For example basically it doesn't have the anxiety part at all. This can be interpreted as being less potent (as you won't get as much of an "upper" high at all) or more chill (it's more like indicas in effect).
I got a couple D8 carts over the counter from the smoke shop while waiting for my DNM package to arrive and I've been hitting them for a few weeks and they are pretty fire. But honestly regular THC sativa carts and they are more fun for every day smoking.
However for night smoking, the D8 carts are just as good as or better than my regular (D9 inclusive) indica cartridges.
Anyone else ever tried this stuff and how do you feel about it! I was genuinely surprised how good they are, I was expecting them to not get me high at all considering they basically sound like "weed lite", but they do the job quite well as an indica substitute.

So far only Triangle Trading Company. My favourite flavours are Berry White and Florida Man, both excellent kushy flavours.

Don't support 3 Chi, they price gouge needlessly compared to all their competitors.

Triangle uses better cartridges (iCell full ceramic) on their newer shit than the standard CCells and the sauce is insanely fire so I honestly don't see why I would pay more for 3Chi etc, these seem top quality to me by far.

I have been using delta-8 basically since it hit the market at the start of 2020. It's amazing. I can get an oz of high quality distillate for under 100 bucks. Even a good deal on d9 and you'd be paying like 180 or something for wax that is probably not near as potent, and doesn't come with lab tests from state certified organizations.
This shit is absolutely insane and will be gone soon when weed is federally de-scheduled and the hemp/cannabis market becomes more regulated. Right now is a golden age for being able to buy high quality distillate at rock bottom prices. Hemp prices have dropped so much. It's basically the most indica high you can have, in terms of effects.
If you're looking for bulk distillate I recommend sticking to rogue river/delta alternatives and star thistle ranch. They use the same manufacturer and have similar products with some of the cheapest prices in the industry. IMO this is the best stuff despite the lower percentage of d8, because it also has other cannabinoids like CBC, CBD, CBN, and a bunch of unknown/untested cannabinoids that I feel really boost the effects compared to vaping like, 95%+ stuff.
I've switched 100% over to delta 8 and have several ounces. It's exactly what I've always wanted out of cannabis/hemp products. A relaxed, clear headed high.
Also really interested in THCv if it ever goes down in price. I've heard it's basically a cannabinoid version of caffeine. Also some interesting euphoria with CBC.
The world of cannabinoids is just opening up. The market in 2030 is going to be so different from what we have now, just like its so different from what we had back in 2010 when the big thing was BHO.
If anybody finds they really like this stuff I would start stocking up before they ban our ability to buy hemp products online. Take the recent vape mail ban as an example. That starts this March. Triangle and all these other d8 cart companies are going to move to retail/bulk order via confirmation delivery FedEx only.

I can't PM you because your name has a comma in it and it's trying to send a PM to two separate users lmao. Just look up rogue river labs and star thistle ranch.
I would avoid the pre-terp'd BDTs from rogue river as I hear some are pretty harsh and it would suck to have a a jar of something you don't like.
STR is a bit pricier (a bit) but they'll fill your jar up fat and are one of the OG vendors and my personal favorite. From the start when 3chi started offering 60/grams they came out with the cheapest prices from their mom n' pop hemp farm, and have continually made their prices affordable. Unlike most other vendors, they use their own hemp to make d8. Not CBD. It abolishes that plastic smell that you can sometimes get. The plastic smell is apparently safe, and gets washed out when they 'bleach' to make clear distillate. But given the choice I choose to avoid smelly stuff. STR/RR both have a vaguely hempy taste that you have to really search for. It's smoother than the plastic-y amber distillate I've had too. Can't go wrong with either one imo. They are the only two places I buy from now.
