    It is no longer detectable.
I still have almost 2 months of medicine to take to make sure it stays gone.
Really wasn't expecting treatment to work so fast but it did.
10 years of hepatitis gone after 1 month of Epclusa.
It is a shame they make it so hard to get.

Anyways, I got myself a little something to celebrate. 🍾

they really are. I have a simple folding chair you see in school events and its about relaxing your arms once in a while and let them hang from your side helps.

Also with a curvature bend slightly forward (they tell you not to do) pulls the spine open by stretching it so the nerve wont get caught in between the vertebrae.

the opposite of erganomic seems to work better than those fucking chairs. Because people don't know how to adjust the height of them properly causing pressure on the upper side of your butt crack where L4-L5 is very close to (L4-L5 is the most common ruptured herniated disc of the lower Lombard )

its not that the chairs are scams, its just you need to have the perfect set up while doing an X-Ray to see if you have the perfect support. so I havn't had back spams since I went back to having one of those folding chairs and sitting 'Improperly" go figure.

I spent the better part of 2 months doing "boots on the ground" research into the "perfect" computer chair (for me).
    If you buy one online and unless it is from the manufacture who's chair you already picked out and tried in person, you will be getting either;

A - A knock off of a good brand and yes, even Amazon sells the knock offs.
B - Very cheaply constructed chair that even when the bolts are tight it feels loose and if it is colored it is probably lead paint.
C - Fucked because you can't figure out how to send it back.
    D - B and C
E - All of the above.

The only way you can pick out a decent chair for something as important as supporting your skeleton for long hours each day while you live your best life (on the internet) is if you go to a fucking chair store and sit down.
Buy it there too even if it seems a bit on the high side. Try looking online to see if they have coupons.

Still I haven't gotten myself a new chair but that is more because I am waiting to go to some more chair stores before I decide on which one I want to buy in person.

Best of luck to all my chair enthusiast buddies.
    HAPPY SITTING!
