2021-01-26 at 2:51 AM UTCI Love some of Sowell's books but he is a serious uncle Tom. Sowell makes excuses for blacks too and his infinite faith in them. As he's gotten older he's gotten more and more out of touch with reality though and probably has altzeimers. 70's to early 90's he was in his prime. Conflict of Visions, race and economics, even conquests and cultures and others were exhaustively researched, objective and consisely put together, now he's all "culture wars" and acts like he's fighting socialism more than when he was actually literally fighting socialism. I read most of "intellectuals and race" and it fell apart halfway through and kept the same format for like 900 pages. Unengaging and doesn't really extrapolate like he used to.

Absolutly. well.. accept I like to dry vape or smoke a bit of pot at night. but hard drugs like meth, heroin, alcohol (unless truly half a glass of wine or 1 light beer) cocaine, crack or whatever. it's easier with backlit (scientist discovered and is used now to teach kids with ADD) but they didn't know this when I was a kid and it wouldn't have mattered because they didn't have books for old chroma screen monitors back then and computers were like 7K each (about 25 thousand in todays dollar value)

If you read nothing else read "a conflict of visions" its short and accessible and succinctly sums up the left/right constrained/uncomstrained God/Satan dichotomy. Its like animal farm or the art of war. Well not quite but it's up there and has honestly helped form alot of the way I see the world. It's not perfect and he may put his theory on some things inna way that it shouldn't but it's a book that should he taught in high school.
You are now no longer allowed to mention Thomas Sowell until you have read this book. You could probably find it online for free, you have no excuse. Read it or you're a fake faggot and racist aka Fascist -
