It night seem like an odd opinion; hot dog stands aren't a novel idea. The only way you can fail is if you suck so hard that so few of the hundreds of people who pass you by each day will bother to stop and buy your shitty hotdogs that you can't keep up the meagre cost of buying your dogs and running your stand, as well as cover whatever home situation you have going on.
The logistics aren't the issue.
