I cant imagine you threatening to sue her would result in anything other than an eviction notice as youre in their court or they have the upper hand and make you homeless any second.

yeah she's done it twice I've been a tenant here for 7 years actually 6 but she thinks 7. My AC went out last summer and they weren't fixing it and I threatened her and she payed for a hotel downtown, it was actually pretty funny because the whole black lives matter bullshit was going on, I just drank and ate and watched them spray paint the cop headquarters while them making me tacos because they think I'm a liberal because I have tattoos and a beard and I'm thin -

you're crazier than a shithouse rat. I just drank of bunch of their coffee and took scooped up some oranges and ubered back home and am sipping a brew now

it's actually kind of a cool area on the strip. I never went to Fremont Street but it has an overhang over two blocks long with a giant TV screen showing fireworks and Jets flying and playing loud American Antham music. Very patriotic.
I think you can get plane tickets for like 80 bucks round trip from Austin. Vegas is a Hub and most hubs are cheap. plus it's right next to most of the big hotels -

I'm not leaving texas to go stay in vegas for a night thats not a thing. People that have gone to vegas recently said it sucks just like most places. I'd like to go again but not now. I wanna go see the blue man group and carrot top again, and buy a whore. I'm not really into gambling despite my vices but the luxor was pretty fun to stay at, they have a 24/7 "queen" radio channel which was really rich.
