Picked up a small vintage wooden roll top in December. Plan on classing up the man cave w/ wood-flooring etc. Refinish w/ dark cherry, a cable portal & it should be where I want it.

I'm gonna get a nice Western style futon that folds back for a bed and has a ottoman to kick feet up. an L shape Futon Sofa Bed. different than the Japanese version which are uncomfortable as fuck. i hate those Japanese Rolls. they're ribbed and hurt your ass and back when Laying on them. -

the one on the right. the Old Century Roll Desk was offered to me for free by my mom before she went into a nursing home. I said I have no place for it. wish I grabbed it. they gave it to the people who cleaned up the Apartment she moved out of. I hope they found a nice home for it. it fits the federal Era colonial style houses but we live in a modern condo thats pretty small and has little space. We have 2 large bedrooms, one is an Art studio i rarely go in and the other is the Master Bedroom which is huge and we have our Computers in there but the natural lighting sucks. only one window and a glass door that goes to a small office cove we put our treadmill in because of Covid19 Shutin. this living room is dinky af ajoined with breakfast nook and small open face kitchen. it's noisy in the living room when she's cooking or washing dishes in the new dishwasher. it's fucking loud. No Boush brand. -

Yeah I grabbed it @ an antique store, my man cave is the only room in the house that wasn't renovated to hardwood flooring. When I get back stateside I'm going to finish it. -

They would give section 8 (ACORN Housing for Poor) a voucher check for up to 2300 USD towards rent. so a family of 5 could get a monster house in a nice neighborhood hit by the 2008 fiasco (even before that) and people just rented their mortgages to section8 housing.
they had nice lease cars in the driveway and got EBC cards for electronic food stamps, a stipid for their children of x amount each month and free Obama phone. living Large
