So I've been thinking about doing this last week. Interview sessions w/ some members, and I think no better time than now to help boost the post zoklet/totse team spirit! Ooh, attention. I feel so validated as a human being!
1.) Lanny, how often were you laughing at us when we thought you were a girl?
Not often, I kinda stumbled into that ruse and considered some of the people I was deceiving real friends so I felt bad about it more often than I laughed at people. The exception being the two or three posters who tried to come on to me really obviously by PM who I had never talked to before. Also logic, I was laughing at her for days.
2.) Where did you find that one picture of the girl when you were pretending to be a girl? Why New Zealand?
Facebook, I dated her for a while. Like most parts of my story sans the whole penis thing, I really did live in NZ for several years.
3.) If you were a dog, what breed do you think you would be and why?
Probably something gay and boring like a lab. I think spitz breeds are pretty cute though. Not really a dog person.
4.) How long did it take to pull this site together?
The old vB setup took a few hours in finding some software and renting a server. I started development on the current software in early October of last year and executed the migration in late November so like a month and a half of nights/weekends sans time lost to laziness and booze? More than half the current code has been committed since it went live though and I'm still hacking on it with some regularity so IDK.

Rust was always one of my favorite posters although I'm not sure he'd enjoy the current climate. Muffins and 1337 both still post from time to time but not nearly as much as they used to, wish they were around more. Also the old zoklet minecraft crew were my OG internet homies, none of them actively post anymore.

I'm not going to pull out 20-30 names, also that's like half the current forum population. I'm not sure if it would be a lot of fun or horrible to get together with the niggas of this place past and present, but I think a barn out in the middle of nowhere with a well stocked, shitty homemade bar would be the place to do it. Johnny Hobo would be the entertainment, not because it's good but because it's bad.

I'm a sucker for dorky awkward/cute girls, like Amelie tier shit which I kinda hate myself for because it's a cheap fiction aesthetic and does disservice to any human you could try to put it on, but alas reason is slave to the passions.
