What I've discovered throughout my long existence is that life deliberately throws everything it can at you, including the kitchen sink, just to see what you're really made of. Persecution and trails serve to firm you up, force you to really know yourself, and brings out the best and the worst in you, whether you like it or not. Like a steel sword tempered through the fire becomes doubled or tripled in strength. Like raw wheat passed through the sifting basket multiple times, until only the fine grains remain. A tough life, full of problems and disasters, are much more useful and upbuilding and revealing than an easy life, full of emptiness, confusion and questions. -

You can't really tell if a table has turn though...I mean if its rectangular, square or round...it looks the same when it's turned. You'd only know it was turned if say there was a scratch on the surface or something that you could see had moved to the other side. -

You are illiterate more than anything. "What you make of it" isn't the same as "what you are", although it can be. For example being making the world negative because you are negative.
