    It will dry your gums, making them recede. Your teeth themselves also need to remain moist to prevent tooth decay.

    If you're worried about it, you can periodically put some very spicy pepper powder in your mouth to reopen your glands to force your dry mouth to salivate.

    Thank you I will try that!

    I usually munch on a couple cloves of raw Garlic periodically throughout the day which helps with gum soreness.

    Yes as Meph is often said to be. I know alot of smokers some with ok teeth others with almost none.

    Also you sound like a square with no experience.

    I went to one of those denture like Permanent where instead of one tooth or a bridge that is permanently post (anchored?) into your jawbone and then they attach that, they do an entire arch of teeth on top and bottom. sometimes giving you better looking teeth (if you had an overbite or big buck teeth prior. but it has to match how the teeth were to have a nice cover over the gums.

    its expensive af
