schizotypal personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder is what i figure he has, but it's also possible his only mental illness is being a homosexual.
shame, he's not a bad looking guy, but he's isolating himself from women which does indicate he's a homosexual in denial,making up excuses etc
also, being a troll might also be a mental illness of sorts
