Woke up grumpy as fuck because the cat kept me up scratching the mirror last night and at one point Chell just got up and went to sleep in the living room.
Bickered with her all morning and she left for work mad.
2 people not at work (thats like 40% of us)
Consequence is now the workload it too much and it will be a real struggle to get everything done.
Things happen but damn, yesterday was looking so good and now everything looks like shit and there is a good chance we are going t5o have to stay late to get everything out the door.
My couch was to be delivered today.
They said they would call before and let me know when they are heading my way
and it would probably be around 2:30.
All I got was a computer generated text message saying that my couch would arrive in 6 minutes and that was at 10:30.
Luckily I had guessed that they were close because I have been able to track their truck all morning.
I pulled into my apartment and the guy was standing in the back of his truck.
He said he was going to set it on the sidewalk next to the parking lot.
I had to tell him don't bother and that I wasn't going to accept the delivery as the whole reason I Financed a brand new couch was that they said they would bring it up my stairs and set it inside.
He couldn't do that because it was only him.
Then I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get it rescheduled and they credited me $50 for the inconvenience.
But now I have to go back to work and make up an hour and a half that I have been gone.
I am pretty annoyed about the whole thing.
Chell is too.
Anyways, I was hoping I would have gotten off work at closer to 2 o clock so I didnt have much time to make up and I could have just stayed home all day.
This shit is just a tease.
