How much longer do you think we need to keep up the moratorium and unemployment before the average American (who is typically already straddled with debt) can legitimately pay a year’s worth of rent/mortgage payments/bills?
The stimulus for the people needs to be larger and more frequent and the other subsidies need to be completely done away with.
And for Christmas, Mitch McConnell should die.
But in reality we will probably just end up in a government shutdown on 12/29. Happy New Year.
Yeah more help is needed. That's what Biden is saying by passing more stimulus after he takes office. You can talk about how people are going to drown 8 months from now from their debt, but by Trump not signing this legislation now people will drown in January when they can't pay and get evicted.
It's not about the 600. 2,000 is better but without that legislation millions of people are getting their life line cut.
Unemployment will get cut for millions. People will be out of their homes. What's so hard for people to understand? -
