I do love how Trump just hamstrung the Republican party though. Democrats have been pushing for another round of stimulus checks since summer. Republicans have repeatedly said no in the Senate. Democrats finally come to a $600 compromise just so they can renew unemployment for millions and reinstate eviction moratoriums.
Trump saying what he said about $2,000 checks just allowed Democrats in the House to introduce new legislation this week for $2,000 payments that Republicans will have to grudgingly agree to, or reject and risk losing the 2 run off elections for the 2 Georgia Senate seats, giving Democrats control of the Senate.
That'll set President Broseph up nice.

The simplest way I know to explain the difference is that, if the batteries were wired in series, one positive battery post would be directly connected to the other battery's negative post and you would have a 12 volt system.
If, on the other hand, you have the battery's negative posts connected and the positive posts connected, you have a six volt system.
How were the batteries wired?
