I literally don't know what it means. I don't play with Tarot. It is on the album cover of a band I like from the 1980s called The Sun and The Moon (Mark Burgess is the singer, from Chameleons UK) and I was listening to the band one day on youtube and was looking at the Sun and noticed the Number 19 for S? and I thought about Corona Solar Ejection and Corona meaning Crown in Latin and Corona and 19 and figured it out. I think I made a post about it on here earlier this year. Great Post Punk band from 1988

Tarot is pretty interesting actually. And if i recall if you get The Sun right side up in a reading that means positivity as far as the subject is concerned. And the subject is determined by the placement of the card in a spread. Not that i actually believe in any of that stuff, it's just interesting to me. -
