OP since you're literally retarded stick to Ubuntu since they have a software store like android.
Once you're slightly less brain dead and have learned how to use the terminal you could try out Mint.
Personally for me I switch between Ubuntu and Fedora since those are the distros I started out using back in the day, along with Damn Small Linux.

Also keep in mind that gaming isn't as good as on Windows
Most games you'll need to use wine which will lead to a drop in fps and various bugs.
Steam has quite a few supported games but there are still a ton that haven't been ported to Linux.
I don't think GTA V has a Linux port for example.

Also most Linux software is garbage.
Take for example video and music production software, on Linux you have Kdenlive and Openshot which are absolute dogshit that make windows movie maker amazing.
Music software like lmms is alright but it's like driving a car made by a nigger from africa or having a mexican build your house.
Everything on Linux is inferior.
Also as far as music players to again it's all shit, you're stuck with trash like rhythmbox or a bunch of other cheap feeling players.
Everything feels poorly made and cheap.a
Just stick to windows or get a mac

that's mainly what i like about puppy, i'd always remove the hard drive and boot from a cd and load into ram
much smaller memory requirement than a lotof distros
