Or in other words, when is your time not wasted?
I realize this is subjective and there's a major metaphysical conflict which all comes down to our idea of time, not to mention our thoughts on being and purpose. Is anything worth doing at all? we're all dying anyway. But here goes.
Spending time with family and friends are generally considered time well spent but this is also subjective.
Back in the day i would say being entertained is time well spent because you're having a good time and you're doing something you want to do but that was just my excuse for being lazy. Entertainment is really a trap. You can do it in small doses like anything else but too much is bad.
We inherit most of our ideas of time well spent from our parents/society, but if we were to strip away every influence from those, what would remain?
Certainly trying to stay alive, eating, drinking, shitting are all good ways to spend time but what comes after that? If we wipe the slate clean, if we dispense with all the shit thats being dropped on us throughout our lives, what can we agree on is time well spent?
Investment in the future?
Self improvement?
Giving something to the world?
I want consensus. What is objectivity worth spending our time on?
If you don't think its important or if you simply don't give a nigger, leave a comment and let us know why.

I was thinking about this yesterday which prompted me to deactivate my social media account. I feel my time free is wasted and spent aimlessly scrolling through posts made by a bunch of strangers and people I dislike. It's distracting me from more productive acitivies such as reading and studying.
I'm going to spend less time on here too. I only come on to shit post and bully ball chinian & dick nose anyway.

All human actions are vain or futile.
Try to enjoy the simple pleasures of daily life while you can, for there will come a time when you cannot.

I'm trying to free my self from the this concept and lens. None of it is "spent" and it doesn't pass by we merely inject linearity in into it because it's useful.
If i realize the eternal moment and can situate myself in it I'll get back to you on this.
