you probably have sleep apnea to some extent I have the same thing with the lucid dreams and the not breathing thing like that, you were obviously having trouble breathing.. -

I have not. But I'm told that SSRI can sometimes give that same feeling. you start loving everyone on and off, get real hot (my SSRI make me run warm all the time. I cant sleep even in cold weather without taking off my shirt most times) and always thirsty. -
